We collect account details, application answers, supporting documents, contact messages and payment references to operate programmes, review eligibility and manage our work. Submitted information is used for the purpose described by the application or form.
Authorized staff and reviewers access information according to their role. Payment providers process payments on their own secure systems; this site does not collect payment card numbers.
We seek to retain data only as long as appropriate for accountability, donor requirements and applicable law. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the Foundation using the contact page. Further policies and specific retention schedules must be reviewed before public launch.
Never pay a person who promises you a scholarship or grant selection decision. Report suspicious requests directly to the Foundation.
